Hi, my name is Martin and I currently live and work in Basel Switzerland. My background is architecture but I drifted more and more towards the field of creative technology. At the moment I'm employed at Herzog & de Meuron, a large architecture firm based in Switzerland, where I lead a small team within the design technologies department. The team consists of computational designers, software/game developers and building analytics specialists. Our job is to explore new technologies and find application within architecture to improve the work of our architecture project teams. I'm really happy to join THU this year to reach out and connect to many inspiring people.
