In my most recent role as a Customer & Digital Specialist at Fundraise & Promo Factory, I specialised in social media marketing, content creation, managed the back-end of our e-commerce website, and built positive relationships with our clients and brand ambassadors. I enjoy learning new things and often study towards different certifications to upskill in my field and stay up to date on the latest trends and tools relevant to marketing and design.
