
Biography
I hold a Masters degree in Design from UAL-LCC / London College of Communication. I am also author of the book Geração Pixelada, a design research method on youth subculture, social media and the consumer industry subjects.
Specialist on building discourses and strategies for brands, products and services based on deep user research, collaborative design approaches and processes. During my career, I've worked for important companies such as AMBEV, Philip Morris, O Boticário, Marisol, Ferrero, Nokia and Visa.
For 10 years, I did worked as Head of Strategic Design at Globosat network and Globo TV, where I have implemented and led an innovation laboratory, developing systemic innovation projects and operations with internal areas and with commercial partners (advertisers) from different segments and industries, such as Tim, Claro, Vivo, Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Seara, Casas Bahia, Diageo, Itaú among others.
Speaker and professor, I am working as a consultant associated with design driven innovation companies and design education.
