Hey all how’s it going! I’m Makir Sirise. I’m the son of two Haitian immigrants currently residing in good ole Delaware. Joe Biden and Aubrey plaza are probably the only reason you know of this state lol. I’m lucky to have been born and raised in a small town that has so many personalities. It’s been fuel to all my interests including art. My older brother got me into Pokémon when I was kid and that is where my interest in drawing really started. Eventually it went from drawing Pokémon in elementary school to drawing crazy caricatures in middle school, to drawing Shrek all day everyday I’m Highschool. I don’t want to talk about that. Later on I went DCAD (Delaware College of Art and Design) and man that was fun. I will never forget the day when I was in Storyboarding class, and I looked around and saw everyone working and creating while the teacher had Lofi playing in the background. College was such a great experience.
