My name is Maja Vavpotič, I am a freelance illustrator based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I started out as a self-thought artist, falling in love with the profession of drawing and studying every day. Soon got my first job in the mobile game industry, and moved on to children's book publishing. Earlier this year I took some time off and soon started working as a freelancer with various companies as mostly a marketing artist, character designer, and various other commissions. When I am not busy drawing, I am a passionate plant mom and swing dancer.
