Lucas is a Brazilian illustrator with more than 10 years’ experience in professional illustration, games, and animation. His passion for art was awoken by Japanese entertainment and pop culture of the 1990s. The anime and tokusatsu creations of that time still have a large influence on his creative process. From these foundations, Lucas developed his artistic skills by studying the fundamentals of his craft and experimenting with new materials and techniques, mixing traditional and digital media to create fantastical characters and worlds that reflect contemporary elements of pop culture and media. As an artist, Lucas is driven by all the possibilities and opportunities his field presents to him every day, and he is always looking for new ways to make his ideas—and those of his clients—come alive!
