Lelia woods (she/they) is a freelance visual artist who was born in Maryland and moved to California when she was an early teen. She studied animation/illustration at LCAD and she has previously worked with a variety of educational and animation projects as an illustrator and concept artist. She is passionate about how art, science, and education can support eachother to create a better world. Outside of art, she loves to bake pies, reading sci-fi books, practicing martial arts, sewing, making puppets, roller skating, writing, and fawning over cute dogs like they’re Carly Rae Jepson. She currently resides in the city of Chicago.
