My name is Lauren Eng and I am an aspiring storyboard artist who is looking for a fresh career start in the digital entertainment industry. I originally started out as a 3D Animation freelancer and have worked on both passion projects and commissioned work, such as animating for VR art installations and designing graphics for select clients. I've also dabbled in various art and design disciplines, such as illustration and UX Design, because I believe that it's important to embrace versatility and experimentation as part of my learning and working process. However in recent years, I’ve been doing a lot of non-animation or creative work. So I am learning and pursuing storyboarding and visual storytelling in animation, as they are topics I've always been passionate about. I believe that this is the time for me to expand and start anew in animation as a storyboarding artist. When I’m not working and pursuing my animation/storyboarding dreams, I enjoy casually doodling, gaming, geeking out about my favorite fandoms, exploring new music and shows, and spending time with friends and family.
