Born in Russia and raised in Orléans, France, Lada Egorova studied film at the University of Paris-Est Marne-la Vallée before moving to America to complete her studies at the University of New Orleans. After working at Louve Productions in Paris and Court 13 in New Orleans, she has written and directed six short films and directed a short documentary for the March of Dimes, with her work being rewarded by Innovate UNO, a program developed by the University of New Orleans and devoted to highlighting innovative film projects made by the area’s most promising up-and-coming storytellers.
