Born and raised in southern California, Kimberly (she/they) spent much of her childhood visiting local museums, libraries, and theme parks. Soon after, Kimberly rebuilt those places within a growing universe inside her imagination. Kimberly's interest in animation grew over several years through DVD special features. After experimenting with animation in community college, Kimberly quickly realized that media was the best equipped to translate the world in her mind into something tangible. Equipped with a BFA in animation from California State University, Fullerton, Kimberly intends to materialize her imagination by publishing her comic and starting her career in storyboarding. Kimberly is also an experienced nonprofit volunteer, offering her time and talents to their local chapter of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Disability Support Services at CSU Fullerton, and SIGGRAPH.
