Kemer Stevenson joined Blur in 2020 as the Head of Character Effects. Previously working at DreamWorks Animation and Rhythm & Hues. A self taught technical artist, with a non-traditional school background, Kemer has over 15 years of experience working in film, TV, and games focusing on all things character effects related — grooming, hair, clothing, and muscle simulation. Kemer has worked on feature films including, The Incredible Hulk, How to Train Your Dragon, and Trolls. In addition to his production experience, Kemer has taught computer animation at the New York Film Academy and Harvard University.
