Katherine is the Manager for Nickelodeon Creative Talent Development & Outreach. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Nick Artist Program and is responsible for identifying and mentoring new artistic talent with diverse backgrounds and voices. She’s worked in various facets of the industry from live televised events to movie trailer productions to working with writers and artists at Nickelodeon. The one throughline is Katherine’s enthusiasm for mentoring creatives and managing learning and development opportunities for emerging talent through the lens of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
