I am Karson Harsey, a recent graduate with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a component in art.

My childhood was full of animated series, whether they be American cartoons like Spongebob and Fairly OddParents or British stop motion series like Wallace & Gromit and Bob the Builder. Over time my interest has expanded to the point of wanting to be a part of such productions.

I namely have an interest in storyboarding, character design, and voice acting. I used to doodle many stories in a comic-like format, always imaging what these stories would look like if played out on screen. Thus, I have developed composition skills and a vocabulary of different angles to work with.

Characters have been some of my favorite things to draw, especially when it comes to expressions. Hence, I have gained experience working out how to draw such characters in different situations.

I also used to read out any dialogue in the video games I would play (to the annoyance of my brother). I have a wide vocal range and am aiming to improve my performance.
