Art has been in my life since I can remember. In my family, I have always been surrounded by art and artists, and I loved to draw and imagine fantastic worlds. Animation has impacted me since I was a child, I grew up watching Studio Ghibli films and japanese anime as well as western style cartoons. I am inspired by nature and different cultures around the world, I want my art to reach people’s hearts and to awaken new emotions. I am very in touch with my inner child and I have always been a dreamy and imaginative girl. My first artistic career choice was doing highschool in La Massana, a prestigious art school from Barcelona. There, I learned the foundations of my art, from the basics and to history, and how to portray and my ideas as well presented projects. La Massana taught me many skills, and the importance of hardwork was one of them. After completing highschool I felt a little bit lost. I always loved to draw and I always loved animation and movies, but it never occured to me that I could put both interests together. When this career path appeared before me something clicked, and I felt like it was meant to be for me. “I want to make movies!” I thought or, well, participate in the making! My next big step then was begining a career in Animation 2D/3D and videogames in L'Idem Barcelona. Here I learnt what the process of making animated content is really like, and I fell in love with making concept art that my fellow animators can bring to life! I am currently finishing my 3rd year and looking forward to what the future brings!
