Hello! I'm Joy Zou, a 21 year old story artist and 2D animator from Melbourne, Australia. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Design (Animation and Interactive Media) at RMIT University, set to graduate end of 2023. I am passionate about storytelling, and always on the lookout for opportunities to improve my skills in storyboarding and animation. It's thrilling how one stroke of a pencil can encapsulate a myriad of emotions and experiences. Of course, animation takes this to a whole new level. Every single frame of animation is breathing, teeming with life. It's this portrayal of the soul that I strive to capture in my storytelling and animation, above everything else.  As a lover of story, I'm also a voracious reader and an occasional writer. Other hobbies of mine include playing the piano, making music and listening to musical theatre.
