I was born in Mexico and since I was a kid, I had an affinity for the arts. Always loved drawing and sketching, as well as making music. When I was studying Industrial Design in College, I got interested in Set Design but couldn't find opportunities in film as the industry in Mexico is very small. I decided to work in the Exhibit Industry and while working for an Exhibit house in Mexico, I was offered a position with their Design team in the U.S. I moved to Chicago and started working there for several years. Later on, I moved to San Diego, California, where I worked with another Exhibit Company until a few years ago that I started my road towards a career change into the Entertainment Industry. Due to the pandemic and the cancellation of Trade Show events globally, my career change took priority, so I spent a lot of time learning new software, new techniques as well as design thinking and creative exercises. I've had the chance to do some Concept Art for Films, TV, Video Games and Animated movies. As well as working in Set Design, but looking into taking my portfolio and career to the next level.
