Jon is Axis Studio’s Head of Art, who seeks to grow and develop the art department, meeting the needs of each varied project. Jon’s career traces a lifelong dedication to art and creativity. His early interest in films like Star Wars, Aliens, 2000AD, Jason & The Argonauts and more led to an Honours Degree in Fine Art . From there, he had stints as a product designer, professional model maker, and comic book artist. It was his first concept art gig in the early 90s that brought him into the world of games and animation, where he has remained since. Jon joined Axis in 2000 and has been constantly inspired by his talented, creative, and passionate team, working diligently with them to bring entire worlds to life.
