Jorge Brissos is a Senior Electrical and Computer Engineer and Director of Infrastructure and Equipment Maintenance at Estádio Algarve, with over two decades of experience in the management, operation and maintenance of complex technical infrastructures.

Involved with Estádio Algarve since its construction for UEFA Euro 2004, he has extensive experience in the management, operation and maintenance of critical technical systems and facilities, ensuring their reliability, safety and operational readiness. His expertise includes electrical systems, power generation and distribution, lighting, HVAC, telecommunications and other stadium infrastructure, as well as the design and development of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure projects.

He also has extensive experience in the planning, technical preparation and co-organisation of major sporting, cultural and entertainment events, coordinating technical requirements, infrastructure readiness, contractors and service providers, and working closely with promoters, sports organisations and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful event operations.

A graduate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, he combines engineering expertise with extensive hands-on experience in stadium operations, facilities and maintenance management, energy efficiency and technical infrastructure management.
