Hello, everyone. I am Jae Yoo. You can call me Jae. I am from South Korea, but currently in US to study animation. Exploring characters and making them act on screen bring me joy all the time. I love acting but my body just won't do my favor when it comes to this... live acting. So I chose 3D animation. It lets me express my feeling in most cool, fun way. My dream has been an animator/visdev artist when I was around 16, but one of the Sony's film - Spiderman into the Spiderverse - really made me want to be part of the 3D animation industry. Since then I've been following my dream... to be a cool animator who works in a cool company. (And maybe one day I can make my own animation series...) However, I also love telling stories through storyboarding as well. While learning many different things in college I found out that I also enjoy storyboarding - which was entirely new to me. I am a fast drawer, so it was surprising to find something new that I can pull out. I am aiming for a 3D animator for my future job, but I am open to other opportunities as well! I love learning new things, I love challenging myself, I always try to improve myself... to reach my dream.
