Hello!

My name is Irene. I was born in a small village in the north of Spain. As I grew up, I have always been passionate about arts, both music and drawing.

When I was 18, I finally dared to study seriosuly something artistic, enrolling a bachelor of Audiovisual Media in the beautiful city of A Coruña.

Upon my graduation, I had the chance to work on a professional animation feature film, and this confirmed my love for movies not only as a bystander, but as a worker, specially in animation. 

I worked on a couple other artistic and non-artistic jobs after this one, and I moved outside of the country for one year to try and find a path. I lived some really eye-opening life experiences during this year that made me go over matters like my passions, goals and dreams.

This led me to finally coming back to study a master of Concept Art in U-Tad, Madrid. There, I had the chance to meet new colleagues and learn multiple new art techniques and perspectives. 

Now, with my Master's Degree finished, I plan on keeping improving my skills every day to try and bring a better version of myself while I keep working on animation projects as I currently do.

My art is heavily influenced by the places I've had the chance of visiting as a traveler and by the music that accompanies me every day. However, there's nothing I want more than meeting new people and seeing how they express themselves artistically, since I belive this is the best way to grow.
