I'm Giacomo Bossi, I'm 23 years-old and I'm an aspiring concept artist . I graduated from BigRock School's Master in Concept Art in February '22 ,and I've been polishing my skills and trying to break into the games industry since. Before BIgRock I attended IDEA Academy (remotely ) in the Fundamentals in basics of Art direction course, My passion for videogames comes from when I started playing them back in 2005 ,my first game that I played was Kingdom Hearts 1 for ps2 ,from then I played various games and sagas of different genres , but It was recently(4/5 years ago) that I started looking at games in a more “serious” way , I started looking more at the design of the characters and environments and before I knew it I was really invested in the game industry and I decided to be a Concept Artist for some studios. I learned various pipelines of the Concept art world from character to environments to prop to story telling,and to develop our own IP, Developing Ip’s is something I really look forward to, as long as you can stay interesting you can get even funny ideas ,my IP is Japanese fuedal era but steampunk and It’s still something I really like to invest time developing. I can do from rough sketches to polished images in characters and environments in Photoshop ,and I’m able to integrate 3d into my workflow via zbrush,maya and blender . I’m someone who is really passionate about games and who is really invested in problem solving, I’m highly communicative and a team player who is always curious about pretty much everything gaming related. I think to be suitable to work in this industry and I want to learn as much as possible from every place I can get to.
