Over the course of a few years, I have gone from knowing nothing about animation to confidently using Maya and understanding the principles of animation. There are still aspects for me to build upon and I am excited to expand my experience beyond the university. I’m constantly striving to improve my techniques, expand my skillset and find new opportunities to grow. Currently, I am drawn to stylised animation as there is room for experimentation, however, realistic creature animation is another pathway that I also enjoy! In my spare time, I enjoy experimenting with 3D printing and digital sculpting. Also, having a passion for sports and being the Captian for the University’s Rugby team has improved my discipline, team management, and socialising skills.
