Hi I'm a senior creative who has work in the the game industry for 12 years. I also have experience in fine art , tv, animation, illustration, storyboarding and concept for a further 15 years.

Biography

Ive had a long career based in a very wide selection of creative industries, so im used to developing ideas for a variety of outcomes for very different ventures. The over arching story to my creative life has been the dominant theme of being creative and more importantly being paided to come up with a great amount ofcreative ideas. Ive taken a break from games at the moment and im going back to one of my first loves of oil painting for inspiration.

I loved THU when i visited a couple of years back as part of work and thought I'd contribute to the talks this year, feeling it to be a great venture that needs supporting.  I couldnt initially decide what to talk about so i thought 'ideas' and how to get good ones was a universal topic ... one which every creative needs to understand.
