Born and raised in LA, I was the first born so I was always the protective older brother, but that was also my opportunity to make little mini-mes and brainwash them with Anime, Bruce Lee movies and punk songs. I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Cinema/Television Arts and was working on the show Fear Factor before I had graduated. That lead to a crazy career doing sound for tv/film locally and eventually all over the country and extra eventually all over the world. While I had a lot of great times doing sound on ridiculous projects in picturesque locations all over the globe, eventually my love of art called back to me and I started to wonder if I was able to make a transition into animation. With the support of my wife I took a step back from sound and started my education in illustration/animation. I fell in love with the idea of doing storyboards as it combined both my love of drawing with the sense of composition and camera use that I had felt was ingrained into my psyche after years of being on set. I'm very much looking forward to what the future holds, and very excited to get crackin on some cartoons.
