Erli's animated stories all come from life. When she looks at the ordinary elements, her mind starts to meander. She builds up whimsical worlds with interesting characters in them. Her biggest inspiration comes from Hayao Miyazaki. Her animatics represent a sense of innocence and kindness in the characters. And she hopes those characters' experiences bring people inspiration and strength. Erli's animatics, The Moment, and World Rhapsody have won six Best Animation Short Awards and have been selected for forty film festivals all over the world.
