Biography
I originally got my start in 2D Design and printmaking, working in both graphic design and print production for 6 years before finally turning my pursuits towards visual development and story art, which was the field I always wanted to enter. (Well, that and becoming a vet, but misfortune found I was a little too squeamish to follow that dream.) Still, I apply my love for the study of animals and anatomy into my work as an artist and storyteller. I've always had an affinity to story development, world-building, and conceptual design, especially when it comes to character and creature concepts.
I have prior experience in the pipeline animation process as the Co-Director of the student short film, Symfaunic. I also worked as the Assistant Art Director, Character Designer, Story Lead, and Lead Animator.
