My name is Emma Manske, I am a 3D animator with a focus on characters and emotions. I have worked as an animator & layout artist on several feature films and I teach animation at a university.

Biography

Hello there, my name is Emma. I‘m an 3D animator/Layout Artist based in Germany.

I have developed a broad toolkit in animation since 2018, having graduated as a 3D artist and visual effects artist in 2020 at Pixl Visn. Throughout this course I was able to deepen my knowledge in 3D animation and Layout working on multiple projects in feature film production, freelance projects and advertisement (e.g. Moonbound, Die Mucklas, Paula rocks himalaya (HIMA) and more).

As a passionate and caring person, it has always been important to me to give others the opportunity to grow alongside me. To this effect, I encourage a collaborative environment wherever I work and consistently share my expertise with my peers. The more I can learn, the more we can benefit.

Sharing my knowledge is one of my favourite things to do. I have accompanied many students on their journey and I would like to continue working on my skills in order to be an even better teacher.

After working in layout for a month, I was fairly happy to get back to animation. Although I did enjoy layout a lot, my heart belongs to animation. 5 months went by in no time.

After my education at Pixl Visn Media Arts Academy, I got the great opportunity to work at Red Parrot Studios on their feature film "Moonbound". It was a great learning and team experience.
