I was given a rare opportunity a few years ago to continue my education at Columbia College Chicago. It was there that I became interested in 2D animation and pursued a B.A in Traditional Animation. From there I was lucky enough to get into Nickelodeon's internship program and it's been an amazing journey ever since! After my "Nickternship" I became a Production Assistant at DreamWorks. As I was exposed to different parts of the animation pipeline I grew more and more interested in animatic editing. I was promoted to Coordinator after about a year and began actively pursuing editorial work. It wasn't long before I found myself assistant editing on Madagascar: A Little Wild. Once the show wrapped I moved on to Nickelodeon, where I currently work as Assistant Editor and still having a blast!
