Elain Chen is a Concept Artist and Illustrator based in Los Angeles. She is currently studying at ArtCenter College of Design as a concept design student. She loves to explore imaginative new worlds in her art as well as capturing specific moods and feelings through painting.  Her other hobbies include taking pictures of her roommate's cat and looking out windows for extended periods of time/people watching.
