- developed skills in working with a team (40-45 people), including motivation, performance evaluation, interviewing, and mentoring;
- made difficult decisions and communicated them to the team;
- learned how to network with related departments and conduct effective meetings;
- find solutions to conflict situations;
- raised my English level from B1 to C1 and applied it in my work
- learned how to maintain project documentation;
- studied additional information on management, presentations, emotional intelligence, and stress management.
