I consider myself a gamechanger. After almost 10 years of experience in the oil industry as a chemist, working in different roles and watching what was happening to the world during the pandemics, I decided to go for my happiness. So, I turned my career upside down and became an illustrator. Setting a good plan, I've been working in learning digital art and improving my techniques to start 2021 as a professional illustrator. Drawing was always a passion which stayed hidden all those years due to my roles in the oil industry; I really enjoyed what I was doing, but I wasn't working with my real passion. The pandemics made me re-evaluate everything and I saw that I could move to an art career and still be at home. As a self taught person, could work also on learning how to use Photoshop for digital art - and still learning! - and understand much better the opportunities available nowadays. It's been amazing! All this journey just emphasized to me that everything is possible when you know what you're willing for and have a good transition plan in place.
