Hi, I'm Cristina!

I'm a Spanish illustrator and character designer based in a little village in front of the sea. I'm working as a freelancer but I could move to another new place if the project deserve it! I have studied Fine Arts and also Illustration & Animation in ESDIP, in Madrid.

In the past four years I have been working with the amazing Lucy Animation team, a 2D Animation Studio based in Bogotá, as an Art Director, Concept Artist, Character and Background Designer, Layout Artist and Color Artist. We had to make all the pre-production art and also the character layout poses in a very short time so I am used to working very fast! But also I would like to work in longer productions and have more time to develop the art and enjoy the process.

I have worked on some projects for clients such as Adult Swim, Marvel, TedEd, Cartoon Network Latinoamérica, Aisles and Tasty Equity. I also work as a freelance character designer and concept artist for some Spanish 2D projects in development.
