My favourite part of my role is watching artists take on new challenges and grow. I'm excited to meet artists that are curious about Matte Painting and artists that have a passion for creating 3d and 2d environments, and beautiful images. In Matte Painting at Weta Digital we are a team of 30, we're silly, we love sharing knowledge, and we have a passion for what we do. Most of the crew come from a traditional painting background, and have a passion for environment photography.
