Catarina, PhD student in Contemporary Art at the College of Arts of the University of Coimbra, lives a fascination for the message – be it direct or subliminal. With a degree and master’s degree in Design and Multimedia, it is in this area that she works – as a designer, illustrator and teacher – seeking to transmit messages in a clear and effective way, decoding the needs of each project and adapting the language used to the medium and the target audience. From her complementary training, she works to discover (and help others to discover) the messages hidden within us. As a certified teacher by the International Yoga Federation, she guides traditional yoga practices and facilitates meditation sessions in her studio.
