Hi! My name is Cassie but I answer to Kiwi too! I'm a first generation graduate with a B.A. in graphic design in 2014 and a M.A. in video production in spring 2020. I grew up watching animated films from Disney, DreamWorks, Cartoon Saloon and Studio Ghibli. The best stories I've seen highlight a character's journey from every day to extraordinary. I want to help tells similar stories for those in the unseen places: LGBT+, parents, animals, and the fundamental ideas of identity and imagination. My hope is to create new worlds for all to explore in film and animation. Maybe, even fly on the back of a dragon.
