I first tried out storyboarding through my alma mater at University of Washington, where I storyboarded for a short 3D animated film with the CSE Animation Capstone under the direction of Barbara Mones. Post bachelor’s I sought a classical artistic education at Georgetown Atelier with Tenaya Sims, where I developed fundamentals in composition, figure drawing, and painting. This led me to my first career as an art teacher, where I teach both at Gage Academy and private lessons. While working, I continued to pursue entertainment art, educating myself after work on storyboarding and animation with online schools such as CGMA, CDA, and The workshop Academy. I also completed The Animation Workshop's Professional Storyboarding Course in Viborg, Denmark in 2021, which led me to developing a broader storyboarding portfolio. Now I am seeking storyboarding opportunities and am excited to begin telling stories close to my heart!
