Biography
Hi!
My name is Benny and I'm an aspiring animator :)
I was born and raised in Milan (IT) and after studying Traditional Arts in Rome for a year I moved to London where I’m currently an undergraduate in the Illustration Animation
course at Kingston University.
I am incredibly passionate about 2D animation in all its various colourful aspects, from its history to its realisation! Some of my favourite memories start as a young child sneaking out of my room at sunrise to watch the early cartoons on TV. I am a very sensitive and empathic person, which brings me to care a lot as an artist for details and depth in a story and its characters. When I work organisation and planning are fundamental for me, so that I can work in a professional way to make sure that my art is as best as it can be.
Apart from drawing and animating, I have lots of interests, such as writing, reading (classics as well as art magazines), watching movies and series, spending time with friends and relaxing on my own in a comfy place (either in the nature or at home, I love both!). One of my biggest loves is extreme sports, in particular snowboarding and surfing :)
I am always open to new opportunities and I’m very easy-going, so if you have any questions or even if you would just like to know me better don’t hesitate to contact me ;)
