My Attributes: Not afraid to learn new tools or ideas, open to criticism and welcome a challenge my intention is to develop whatever skills or knowledge is needed to fulfil whatever the project requires. My Past: Working in a leadership role overseeing and executing all the requirements of production. Knowledge of dealing with Huge volumes of products, lighting Composition, Modelling and Texture work for assets, including developing methods to create reusable material attributes that could receive the required Fabric during the automation phase, My Achievements: Alongside this work, it was necessary to develop strategies based on new developments to run updates enhancing the quality of output, in one particular instance this turned into a 45000 model update. Due to my curious nature, one of my specialisms became the mass production of 3D Digital Assets. Over those years, with constant and consistent improvement, it was possible to achieve operational excellence. Making it possible to deliver mass rendered images to some of the largest retail clients in the UK. Development of Plugins was a helpful skill, reducing or eliminating time and labour-intensive tasks, using Python and cinema 4d's SDK. This made it possible to take an existing Sofa model of one size and grow it to the next size in the range, automatically updating the UV's, reducing the task from one day or more to less than one hour, Minimising user errors, maximising variability and contributing to the delivery of faster, consistent results along with the reduction or re-allocation of headcount. My Skillset: Alongside those achievements, it was necessary to create bespoke Individual images and animations, as well as, Room-set Design, Product visualisation and one-off illustrations. An excellent allrounder with knowledge of production pipelines, my skillset covers all aspects of 3D requirements from concept to completion, with the ability to execute unique or new ideas whilst under research.
