When people ask where I'm from, it's always been a mixed answer. While my extended family is in Alabama, I spent most of my school years in Albuquerque, NM. I used to hate traveling but I've grown to appreciate it now that I look back and see how it helped me grow as a person and an artist. I started my college degree at the University of South Alabama after another move, but I finished and graduated with a BFA in Animation from SCAD Atlanta. The pandemic gave me a rough start on the beginning of my career but that didn't stop me from creating! Since earning my degree I have started working with fellow alumni on projects for start up company Lava Moon Studios and pushed forward with my own personal works. However, having no in-house experience working for a studio has certainly stunted my progress. I am determined to get a position in a professional studio and learn all I can about the ins and outs of the animation pipeline. Hopefully, I'll be able to tell some amazing stories along the way!
