Biography
I like to say that I’m a Producer by title and creative problem-solver by default.
I do all the usual, keeping teams organized, budgets in check, and projects on track. But I also have a sixth sense for when a coffee break is really needed. And occasionally, I’m the team therapist, being the communication point and assuring that everyone keeps a good dialogue.
I have experience managing animation and CGI production pipelines, making the schedules run as they should, and ensuring communication between teams. I’ve worked on projects balancing deadlines, resources, and creative needs.
Beyond logistics, I love connecting with teams and clients, it’s what makes the job exciting. I truly believe that strong communication leads to a happier team and better projects. I have a big experience in translating what the client wants, leading teams, and solving problems, I have good results in keeping workflows smooth and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
At the end of the day, I just love making things happen. Making sure everyone is aligned, motivated, and having fun along the way. Because that’s what leads to great projects.
