Biography
I've always been a creative soul and always looking for new ways to express that creativity. Started out in the musical and theatre world, then exploared art through make-up, motion graphics and last but not least 3D art. With 3D something just clicked, it is the perfect combination of creative and technical skillset for me. Since I first opened Blender (of course the first thing I did was the Blender Guru doughnut) I just knew that this was the right path for me. I learned the basics through online tutorials for about a year and then pursued a degree as a VFX-artist. I've learned the joy and hardwork of working with other creative minds and every day I find something that inspires me. What I love about the creative field of a 3D artist is that there is always something new to learn, whether it be a new tool, technique or software. I know that I will never get bored, cause you can always change the direction you want to go on your adventure as an artist.
My current dream is to work as a texture artist, bringing to life the story and characteristics of an object or a character. Right now I'm learning Mari and after only using Substance Painter for texturing it sure is a bit different. But I'm really enjoying learning this very powerful texturing software!
