My professional way wasn't the easiest one: I started working in the banking sector in Russia when I was 21. Despite all my professional skills and achievements (in my portfolio there were the biggest deals of the department and the most difficult schemes of financing) I always had the lowest salary for the position and could easily hear from my boss or even client: "What are you doing here? You'd better marry someone and spend your life with children or at the kitchen". The time passed and I understood that I was quite ready to try myself in private business. I left the corporate world, created my team, found an investor, made deals in real estate and IT (including as a business angel), started planning access of our IT start-up to the European market, and suddenly heard from one of my co-founders: "You'd better change the trousers, in these, you are not likely to find a good guy in Spain". That's a kind of funny story but I think that is the thing against which every woman had to struggle if she wants to become something more than a mother or a wife. As for my native country that's a struggle without any chance to win.
Finally also because of the war in Ukraine which ruined the latest hopes for some future in Russia, I'm here in Spain trying to set up my start-up Flaneur. What's it about? 
I want to create a tool that will help people to make a choice. In the modern world sometimes we are just sinking in the vast amount of information and finally decide that it's better not to choose - to stay at home or get the same we buy all the time, we lose an opportunity to learn something new and get new experience. I want to create a service with women's energy of care and support which like a Mom or first teacher will help you to decide how to spend your leisure time with joy and benefits. And that won't be advice from advertisements or soulless figures but it will be personalized advice based on your needs and tastes. Like a touch of care from a soulless gadget. I think that should be women who can create such products not only because I think that women are very good in operations and risk management but because we are sensitive, empathic, and caring and that is the type of energy that can change the world for the better.
