Biography
I am Alejandro Moreno, a responsible, respectful and eager to learn professional with the goal of entering the video games industry. I studied a one year Game Design program at Vancouver Film School and graduated with honors this past December. I am studying a bachelors degree in Computer Science in Mexico City and will be graduating this June. Throughout these two amazing journeys I have learned different technologies, for games and for software development, such as Unity, Unreal, Photoshop, Maya, Java, Javascript, Python, web frameworks, among others. I have also seen the other faces of game development as I worked with amazing multidisciplinary teams that helped me develop my soft skills and understand their point of view and be more empathetic throughout the development cycle.
I am always trying to learn and become better; I take my failures, own them and learn from them as I think that walking away from them won't help me to learn and avoid them in the future or know how to act if I am presented with the same issue.
All the experiences I have had in this short journey help me fulfill one of my professional goals: become the senior I want and need now that I am a junior.
