Biography
Welcome! My name is Alana Green and I'm currently in my senior year at School of Visual Arts. I am studying visual development, illustration, and storyboarding for the animation and entertainment industry. Although my art style can be versatile, I am especially passionate about stylized, whimsical, and fantasy art. Some of my biggest inspirations are Celine Kim, Matthew Nava, and Nathan Fowkes.
When I'm not working on academic projects, I spend my time working on Warrior Cats Animated as a volunteer concept and background artist. I have experience working on prop, background, and character design.
Right now my goals are to continue developing my portfolio, and take my first step into gaining industry experience either through an internship, freelance work, or a mentorship.

Warrior Cats Animated (Remote)
Provided prop, environment, and character designs. Designed and painted backgrounds within the specific WCA background style.

Westchester Parks and Recreation Department (Westchester, New York)
Was brought onto a project by the Creative Director to help with set design and concept art to be used for a public event. Oversaw other set designers and builders. Saw project through till completion
