Biography
I knew since I was a 15 that I wanted to work on 3D art, I already had a knack for art then being introduced to game development in highschool opened up the possibilities to learn about 3D. Seven years later I graduated with my degree in Games Art but the market was tough to break into. I eventually got a job in Archvis and moved down to England although I have always wanted to be a part of a creative team specially in games. After a year in my role I moved back to Scotland and worked full time remotely. Over the years I got comfortable in my role but I feel I'm overdue to move on and pursue the career I've always wanted.
I have been working on honing my skills in game art and texturing by doing courses and mentorships through the years, making sure I'm up to date with industry standard programs and pipelines. I’m constantly looking to grow and improve my skills. I enjoy making game art and experimenting with different styles and methods. I personally find creating characters a beautiful challenge and always aiming to learn new/other techniques to help me refine my workflow, not just in characters but props also. Lately I've been working on stylised characters but I'm looking to shake things up with a realistic aesthetic to get out of my comfort zone.
