Adam Kohlenberg is an up-and-coming filmmaker/ VFX Artist from South Louisiana who grew up with a love for all things film related. He spent his childhood in anticipation of the next big summer movie opening at the local cinema, and has spent the majority of his life working within and around the industry. Including working at the movie theater in town during his high school and college years, as well as onset work shortly after graduating, and working in television. Adam has a background and four year degree in Film and Visual Arts, as well as a technical degree in VFX and 3D Animation. While in school studying visual effects, he met Nicholas Louviere, and together they practiced their techniques and developed the idea of Night Knight Teddy. After graduating, both men agreed that it was worth attempting something different outside of the normal demo reel, and voted to make the short animated film utilizing the tools at their disposal. Armed with a monthly subscription to Substance Painter and a few pieced together home computers, the two slowly worked their way down the production pipeline to a finished product, figuring out the roadblocks along the way. They handled everything from preproduction to post production. Night Knight Teddy is currently doing well in the festival circuit, having garnered a few a handful of awards and a few appearances/ Q and A's. Adam is currently looking to perfect his skillset, and continue to strive to create entertainment inspired through creativity in hopes of one day making his own Animated Feature length film.
