Abigail Blanc a 26-year-old girl who is passionate about animation since she was a child. Born in Gran Canaria (Spain), she moved to the Basque Country (northern Spain) at the age of 3. She was raised in the Spanish language until she was 13, when she moved to Germany because of her father’s job. From that age she completed her studies in Germany in the German language, which is why she is now bilingual, apart from having an acceptable level of English. Having moved so many times, both within and outside countries, she is multicultural and easily adapts to new cultures and accents, without losing her own. She is currently living in the capital of Gran Canaria since 2 years ago, where she was born. She didn’t find out what she wanted to do professionally until she was 18, when she fell in love with virtual design, couldn’t study what she wanted, and decided to study Media Computer Science (a career in which she learned to program, among other things, overall the basics of the 3D world). It wasn’t until she was 23 that she discovered the one-year master’s degree in 3D character animation in Madrid (Spain). Since then she has continued to improve her performance as a 3D animator. Her strength is facial animation. She loves bringing characters to life through their expressions. She is currently in the process of creating an animated short film about the beginnings of the biblical prophet Samuel and is confident that she will be able to do a good job with the help of a good mentor to guide her through the process.
