Begin Before You're Ready

This talk traces the journey of building a game studio in Peru, from its earliest days with more ambition than resources, through the different types of games we created, and the pivots we made to survive and grow in an industry that never stops changing. It's an honest look at what it means to learn by doing, to adapt when the landscape shifts beneath your feet, and to keep building even when you don't have all the pieces together.
