In the Spring THU edition, we talked about Feedback principles and how to approach giving feedback optimally. But what about positive feedback? And self-praise? Are we selfish, egotistical, or even ungrateful if we dare to think or say that we did something good? We will discuss what positive feedback is, and are there any tips and tricks on how to do it optimally. And it is not all about talking - how good are we with receiving praise?
