Transitioning into Games is Hard. My experience so far.

After 15+ years in the web and app space I finally decided it was time to make the transition into my real passion... gaming. Entering into the job hunting world after 9 years of co-founding my own web development agency and not having a job interview since 2007 has been a bit of a shock. I can share my journey so far and hopefully help others along in theirs. I don't have the answer but I am still plugging away each and every day. There are ups and downs in the process but consistency will pay off... at least that is what I keep telling myself!
